| This panoramic photograph of Pittsburgh was taken by James Blakeway. It features the downtown Pittsburgh skyline with Heinz Field on the left. Heinz Field is the home to the Steelers football team. To the right of Heinz Field is PNC Park, home to the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team. Point State Park, with its’ fountain, is located where the Monongahela River, to the right, and the Allegheny River converge to form the Ohio River, which flows off the panorama to the left. The bridge to the right of the fountain is the Fort Pitt Bridge and just beyond the fountain on the Allegheny River is the Fort Duquesne Bridge. |
